QUALIFIER FORMAT

ELIGIBILITY

All Amateur (A and Below) players that are not in the top 16 in points on the Gateway Amateur Tour.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:

Payout approximately 20% of field and one (1) out of every ten (10) entries will receive a paid entry into the next Gateway Amateur Tour stop.

FORMAT:

8-Ball

Double elimination

Race to handicap both winners and losers

Finals 1 Match Race to adjusted handicap

Winner Breaks

Opponent Racks

FEES:

Entry Fee- $20 per event (covers all fees)

· Greens Fee- $5

· Tournament Director Fee- $5

· Field Payout- $10

PLAY:

Final entry accepted at 12:00 am

Player meeting and draw will follow immediately.

POINTS:

Points will be awarded for participating in each event. Each player will receive 5 points per event.

EXCLUSIONARY RULE:

Professional Players, top regional tour players, will not be eligible to participate. The tournament director reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone or remove a player during an event without refund.

QUALIFIER PAYOUT

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:

* Payout approximately 25% of field and top two (2) in calcutta.

· $10 to Prize Fund

· $5 to Tournament Director

· $5 to Host Pool Room for Green Fees

· 1 place per each 10 entries will receive a $40 paid entry fee into the next Tour Stop.

FINAL TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP PAYOUT

* Money will be accumulating from each tour stop and added to the Final Tour Championship Payout from the following...

· 20% of all sponsored merchandise sales

· $1,000 from Host Pool Rooms

· $5.00 from each player per tour stop
