TOUR STOP FORMAT

ELIGIBILITY

Open to A level and below!

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:

Payout approximately 25% of field and top four (4) in calcutta.

$50.00 to top finishing female.

FORMAT:

8-Ball, Double Elimination

Players handicap determines the race for each match

Even handicaps race to 3 both winners and losers

Finals 1 match race to adjusted handicap

FEES:

Tour Fee - $20 per tour year (membership mandatory)

Entry Fee- $40 per event (covers all fees)

PLAY:

Final entry accepted at 12:00 am

Calcutta, player meeting and draw will follow immediately.

POINTS:

Points will be awarded for participating and placing in each event. Players receive 10 points for entering an event plus points for each match they win. One Point for A’s, two points for B+, three points for B and four points for C players.

EXCLUSIONARY RULE:

Professional Players or top regional tour players will not be eligible to participate. The tournament director reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone or remove a player during an event without refund

TOUR STOP PAYOUT

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:

* Payout approximately 25% of field and top four (4) in calcutta.

· $20 to Prize Fund.

· $5 to Tournament Director

· $5 to Host Pool Room for Green Fees

· $3 to Advertising

· $2 to Zim’s Rack

· $5 to Final Tour Championship

* Each Tour Stop will be $350 added by Host Pool Rooms.

· $300 to Tournament Prize Fund

· $50 to Top Female (3 minimum)*

*If there are not enough Females, the prize money will be added to the Tournament Prize Fund.

FINAL TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP PAYOUT

* Money will be accumulating from each tour stop and added to the Final Tour Championship Payout from the following...

· 20% of all sponsored merchandise sales

· $1,000 from Host Pool Rooms

· $5.00 from each player per tour stop
